Services

Our special is based on the City of San Jose’s Express Plan Check requirements for single story residential additions. If your residence is not in the city then you will likely not qualify.

• Plans - We provide the plans in accordance with the published minimum submittal requirements. This includes State of California Energy Efficiency Standards

• Permits - We represent you at the city for the building permit process.  Same day permits are standard.

• Construction - We build your addition from the foundation to the finish.
